ProCogia SMS Terms and Conditions
Program name: ProCogia Business Texting and Verification Codes
ProCogia (0965688 B.C. Ltd.) employees and the ProCogia IT helpdesk use phone numbers in Microsoft Teams to send and receive one to one business text messages with colleagues, clients and vendors who have given their mobile number and agreed to be texted. Messages relate to that business conversation, such as support requests, scheduling and account verification. ProCogia does not send marketing or bulk messages from these numbers. Employee numbers may also receive one time verification codes that the employee requests from business applications. ProCogia does not send verification codes.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
For help, reply HELP or contact customer care at helpdesk@procogia.com.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages from that number. Reply START to resume.
How to opt in
ProCogia collects opt in in two ways.
- Verbal or written consent: when a client, vendor or colleague gives their mobile number to a ProCogia employee on a call, in a meeting or by email, the employee asks: “Can ProCogia text you at this number about our work together, such as support and scheduling? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Terms: https://procogia.com/sms-terms/ Privacy: https://procogia.com/privacy-policy/ Your mobile number and opt in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates.” The employee texts only after the person says yes.
- Text first: a person who texts a ProCogia employee number first has asked for a reply.
In both cases the first message from ProCogia confirms the opt in and includes the brand name, message frequency, message and data rates, HELP and STOP. Agreeing to texts is never required to do business with ProCogia.
